1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases of 1-on-1 calls and related digital services from Online Habibullah on onlinehabibullah.com.
Because our services are personal consulting sessions delivered online, this policy explains when refunds, reschedules, and cancellations are available.
2. Cancellations by you
- 24 hours or more before the session: You may cancel and request a full refund, or reschedule to another available time at no extra charge.
- Less than 24 hours before the session: The session fee is non-refundable. You may request a one-time reschedule at our discretion if we have availability.
- No-show: If you miss the session without notice, no refund is issued.
3. Cancellations by us
If we must cancel a session (for example, illness or technical failure), you may choose either:
- A full refund of the amount paid for that session, or
- A free reschedule to a new time
4. Digital / completed services
Once a 1-on-1 call has been fully delivered, the service is considered complete and is generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we determine there was a material failure to deliver the agreed service.
5. Duplicate or failed payments
If you are charged twice for the same booking due to a technical error, contact us with your payment receipt. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded in full.
6. How to request a refund or cancellation
Email us before your session (or as soon as possible afterward for eligible cases) with:
- Your full name
- Email used at checkout
- Date/time of the booked session
- Payment receipt, transaction ID, or order reference
- Reason for the request

7. Refund processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The credit may take additional time to appear depending on your bank, card issuer, Stripe, PayPal, or other payment provider.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout whenever possible.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can resolve issues quickly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in cancellation of future booking privileges. We cooperate with payment providers to provide booking and delivery records when a dispute is filed.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Purchases are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase, unless a change is required by law.
